Shipping costs

Shipping is via insured parcels with Deutsche Post. Shipping costs are €4.90 within Germany and €9.90 within the EU. Shipping to Germany is free for orders over €150.

Local pickup

You have the option to pick up your ordered products in-store. Simply select "Pickup in Store" during checkout.

As soon as your order is ready for collection, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

Returns

You can return your ordered goods to us within 30 days of receipt. Simply use our returns portal. Once we have approved your return, we will send you a confirmation email. We do not cover the return shipping costs.

We only accept returns of items that are in new condition – this means:
- unworn (trying on is of course allowed),
- unwashed
- free from odors (e.g. perfume, smoke, sweat)
- free from stains, traces of make-up, deodorant, pet hair or other dirt
- with all original labels
